We're looking for a mobile-savvy campaign manager to lead smart, location-based promotions for hospitality and retail clients. You'll be at the forefront of a platform that integrates directly into one of the UK’s most-used public transport apps—giving you real-time, contextual access to audiences on the move.

What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimise geo-targeted campaigns end-to-end,
- Own messaging strategy, copywriting, A/B testing, and performance reporting,
- Collaborate with designers, product teams, and clients to deliver high-impact creative,
- Work directly with hospitality and retail partners to define campaign KPIs,
- Leverage AI tools to enhance targeting, segmentation, and creative input,
- Shape internal tooling that powers mobile campaigns at scale.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality, retail, or location-based marketing,
- Proven success running mobile campaigns (push, in-app, geo-fencing, etc.),
- Excellent writing skills and comfort briefing creative teams,
- Strong data chops—confident in reporting, optimisation, and insight generation,
- Experience using AI tools to enhance campaign ideation or content,
- Client-facing confidence and cross-functional collaboration experience.
