App Marketing Campaign Manager

We’re seeking a data-savvy, creative campaign manager to run intelligent, hyper-local marketing campaigns for hospitality and retail clients. Leveraging real-time mobility data from one of the most widely used public transport apps, you’ll deliver high-impact, context-aware promotions that engage consumers at exactly the right moment—when they’re nearby and ready to act.

What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end campaign delivery: strategy, copy, creative briefing, rollout, and performance tracking
- Own campaign messaging and testing, driving measurable engagement through A/B and multivariate optimization
- Collaborate with design, product, and commercial teams to execute best-in-class mobile creative
- Partner directly with clients to define goals and deliver results aligned with their KPIs
- Use AI tools to streamline segmentation, content variation, and campaign efficiency
- Contribute to the evolution of our proprietary mobile campaign platform
- Stay current on local retail, dining, and mobility trends to ensure timely, relevant marketing
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in retail or hospitality marketing, ideally with a mobile-first focus
- Proven ability to execute app-based campaigns (push notifications, geo-fencing, loyalty promotions, etc.)
- Excellent copywriting and creative briefing skills
- Strong data skills—comfortable with campaign reporting, insight generation, and optimization
- Familiarity with AI tools and prompts for creative or strategic enhancement
- Experience working cross-functionally and directly with clients
