As we continue to expand our presence and offerings, we are seeking a talented Channel Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth.
The Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing market-specific programs and events to drive brand awareness and increase product sales through our distribution channels. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of marketing strategies and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market-specific marketing plans and programs to support the company's channel partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and creative services, to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to understand channel partner needs, preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Plan and manage channel events, including trade shows and conferences, to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Work closely with corporate marketing teams to develop sales collaterals, marketing and promotional materials, and other customer and field related materials/content.
- Collaborates on the development and implementation of sale tools and marketing incentives that help drive channel revenue.
- Measure and analyze the success of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired results.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Engages in activities that support on-going customer/dealer contact such as interactions with dealer groups/associations and dealer councils to provide voice of customer feedback and requirements to corporate marketing and product development teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in channel marketing or related roles in the copier and imaging equipment industry or related technology sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for channel partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments and with external partners.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation platforms.

Work Schedule and Physical Requirements:*
- This is a full-time position, with a work schedule of approximately 40 hours per week. Specific schedule can be negotiated upon hire.
- The role requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds.
