Overview:
As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will be part of a microservices development team responsible for the entire lifecycle of assigned piece of software from development to testing to deployment within the SAFe agile delivery methodology.

- Serve as technical lead for an agile team of 8 including developers, business analyst, UI/UX designer and automation test engineers.
- Provide software engineering, development and integration.
- Support decomposition of application and tool requirements into product component requirements.
- Properly integrate new code base, Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS), and Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) products into existing systems.
- Recommend new solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs). Supports application security activities.
- Support migration of systems to the cloud.
- Conduct code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers, as needed.
Qualifications and Education:
Requirements:
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 10-15 years of related experience including:
- Experience with full stack development leveraging Java J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, Java frameworks
- Integrated Development Environment (Eclipse, IntelliJ, MS Visual Studio, Sprint Tool Suite)
- API Microservices
- Docker
- Apache Maven
- JBoss
- Enterprise Application Platform
- Cloud native application hosting, responsive design
- JavaScript Framework (Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery, Data Tables)
- Hiberante ORM
- Atlassian Application Lifecycle management (JIRA/Confluence)
- Experience with both frontend and backend technologies.
- Availability during the core business hours of 9-5 EST
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Preferred:
- SAFe Agile certification
- Candidates in the easterrn, central or mountain time zones
- Experience supporting US federal government contracts
Compensation:
In accordance with pay transparency guidelines, the proposed salary range for this position is $135,000 to $170,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors such as relevant skills, experience and certifications.
