Senior Product Manager

Role

We are seeking an experienced hands-on Product Manager to join our team and lead projects focused on generating net new revenue. This role is ideal for an execution focused product manager who can blend strategic thinking with a passion for conceptualizing and building innovative products; and has a proven track record in product management and execution excellence.

Responsibilities

● Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities for new revenue streams and assess competitive landscapes.

● Develop business cases and recommend strategic initiatives that align with the company's growth objectives.

● Lead and manage strategic projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.

● Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, engineering and sales teams, to ensure the successful launch of new initiatives.

● Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to identify potential areas of growth.

● Lead a team of engineers, designers to ship category leading features.

Requirements

● A Bachelor’s degree.

● 7-9 years of experience in 0-1 product management, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment. Edtech background is preferred but not mandatory.

● Demonstrated success in leading high impact projects in the founder offices and executing net new products or business lines.

● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations.

● Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects and delivering on strategic initiatives.

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

● Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.

● Highly adaptable, self-driven, and capable of thriving in an evolving environment.
