Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing efforts for JOJA, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social
- Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy, maintaining consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar for targeted content delivery
- Analyze data to optimize costs, utilize advertising budget effectively, and interpret consumer behaviors and trends
- Create, manage, and customize content for JOJA’s paid social media, emails, and other digital communications
- Prepare reports and analytics on campaign performance, including ROIs and KPIs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative growth strategies and techniques
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, ensuring brand coherence and maximizing cost-efficiency
- Research competitors and stay updated on advertising trends and innovations
- Experiment with new advertising platforms and techniques, aligning strategies with business objectives
- Coordinate with the marketing team and external ad agencies to meet campaign goals and KPIs
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
- Proficient in marketing automation tools
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
