UX Designer Fulltime

Location: Dallas, TX (Remote)

Duration: Long Term

We're searching for a skilled UX Designer to craft the user experiences behind our web applications. You'll collaborate with developers and product managers to bring innovative ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
• Advocate for the user and ensure their needs are at the forefront of the design process.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience in UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design skills and process.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
