This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Salesforce Solution Engineer in the United States.
The Salesforce Solution Engineer will play a pivotal role in the pre-sales process, helping organizations leverage Salesforce, AI, and related technologies to optimize business workflows and enhance customer experiences. You will collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to demonstrate solutions, gather requirements, and design scalable technical strategies. This role combines customer-facing engagement with technical expertise, allowing you to showcase value through compelling demos, workshops, and proposals. You will also provide feedback to product teams to shape future innovations and improve solution offerings. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies, including AI-powered tools, and the opportunity to influence client success at scale. Success in this role requires a balance of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Accountabilities
Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with prospects and customers.
Demonstrate Salesforce solutions, AI products, and related technologies to showcase business value.
Gather and document client requirements for complex service transformation projects.
Create and deliver technical proposals, SOWs, and responses to RFPs.
Collaborate with delivery teams to define project scope, estimates, and implementation plans.
Serve as a liaison between sales, technical, and product teams to improve solutions and pre-sales efficiency.
Provide actionable feedback to product management to guide product development and enhancements.
Maintain accurate lead management, pipeline tracking, and forecasting in Salesforce.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting with a focus on Salesforce or similar CRM technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and architecture; familiarity with AI tools and integrations preferred.
Solid customer-facing skills, including communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver technical solutions that align with business needs.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to learn rapidly in a fast-evolving technology environment.
Team player with a passion for driving client success and continuous improvement.
