Project Manager - Enterprise Telecom

As a Project Manager in enterprise telecom, you will lead multiple complex initiatives across broadband, voice, and satellite networks, driving execution from planning to delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring that engineering, service delivery, and operational objectives are met efficiently and on schedule. This role emphasizes quality, risk management, and continuous improvement, with responsibility for aligning project outputs to strategic business outcomes. You will facilitate communication with stakeholders, manage integrated project plans, and apply industry best practices to deliver scalable solutions in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. The position is remote, offering the opportunity to make an impact across large-scale telecom programs while working closely with executive leadership and technical teams.

Accountabilities

• Lead and facilitate workstream meetings to drive collaboration across engineering, operations, and IT teams
• Maintain focus on quality, continuous delivery, and achievement of program objectives
• Provide visibility into project milestones, progress, risks, and issue resolution
• Execute project management across multiple workstreams, maintaining an integrated delivery plan
• Coordinate readiness reviews, testing activities, and deliverable tracking to ensure timely execution
• Establish risk management processes, escalation paths, and mitigation strategies
• Apply PMI/PMP methodologies and governance standards to project planning and execution
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment on objectives and outcomes

Requirements

• 5-7 years of program or project management experience leading multiple workstreams in the telecom industry (broadband, voice, or satellite)
• Background in Engineering, Operations, IT, or Systems Development preferred
• Proven ability to drive execution, influence teams, and maintain focus on priorities
• Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies, including PMI/PMP standards
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Analytical thinker able to synthesize complex information and present insights clearly
• Experience collaborating with PMO stakeholders in engineering, network infrastructure, or operations environments
• Hands-on experience with Jira, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, IT, Analytics, Communications, or similar field
• PMP certification or equivalent desired
