This role is a senior technical position within a 24x7x365 Network Operations Center (NOC), responsible for leading advanced troubleshooting and ensuring the reliability of network services. The NOC Engineer III serves as the escalation point for Tier I and II engineers, resolving complex network issues while maintaining clear communication with both internal teams and external customers. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with mentoring responsibilities, helping to develop junior engineers and improve operational processes. Candidates will participate in network performance projects, new service validation, and tool/process improvements, while occasionally providing on-call support during high-priority network events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient across multiple network protocols and topologies, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
