Job Title: Senior Executive Assistant
Job Overview:
JL Closets is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant who is exceptionally intelligent, highly organized, and technologically proficient to provide direct support to our executive leadership. This pivotal role goes beyond administrative tasks to include strategic support, decision-making assistance, and high-level coordination across departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and is confident managing sensitive information and priorities for senior executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Partnership: Serve as a trusted partner to executives by managing complex calendars, coordinating high-level meetings, and arranging domestic and international travel.
- Technology & Tools Mastery: Leverage advanced features in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and project management tools (e.g., Asana or Trello) to streamline operations and increase productivity.
- Strategic Support: Compile, analyze, and present data to assist executives in making informed business decisions; contribute to planning and execution of strategic initiatives.
- High-Level Communication: Manage correspondence and communications on behalf of senior leadership, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams to facilitate timely collaboration and ensure alignment on company priorities.
- Project Oversight: Track key projects, manage deadlines, coordinate deliverables, and follow up on action items to drive results.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement systems that support long-term efficiency and growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in a senior executive support role, preferably in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), CRM platforms, and project management software.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen and ability to anticipate executive needs, prioritize tasks, and manage competing demands.
- Professionalism: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high level of confidentiality, judgment, and discretion.
- Organizational Excellence: Master multitasker with outstanding attention to detail and follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Background in interior design, construction, or a related field is advantageous.
