Who We Are
Jamdesk is an affiliate marketing agency, founded in late 2022 by myself, Max Johnson, after spending nearly a decade in the industry. I started out as a media buyer, eventually stumbling into an account management role similar to this one, before progressing to a managing director for a big agency.
Now, I’m looking to develop Jamdesk into an industry leader. At our core, we help brands launch and scale partnership programs. We truly view ourselves as an extension of each brand we partner with, which means we’re often taking on unique challenges, expanding our own capabilities, and leveraging data to influence our strategies rather than gut intuition.
So what’s happened since we started? Well, we’ve driven 8-figures of affiliate revenue for a dozen different brands, all while continuing to develop the processes within the company, as well as hire the team members needed to double, triple, 10x that production in the coming years.
This Senior Account Manager is integral to that growth. The Senior Account Manager will oversee our premium clients - they will be responsible for developing strategy and maintaining the relationships between clients and partners alike. Additionally, we’re hoping this individual will help bring Jamdesk through our toddler years by offering their knowledge, becoming a mentor to younger team members, and by possessing a go-getter attitude.
This position is fully-remote and does not require any travel. As one of our first employees, you will be presented with a ton of upside including profit sharing and working side-by-side with the founding team. To remain fully transparent, we will share Jamdesk’s three, six, and twelve month goals during the interview process. We’re looking for someone that sees themselves as a key component of our future.
