About the Role
We’re looking for an analytical and technically skilled Marketing Operations specialist to support our growing marketing function. You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing the systems, processes, and data flows that drive marketing performance and align with Sales. This is an operational, data-centric role with strategic visibility—reporting to the Marketing Director and presenting insights to C-level leadership.
This position is fully remote within Mexico and ideal for someone with deep HubSpot expertise, a strong command of marketing analytics, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Technology & Data Management
- Own the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub configuration, data integrity, and automation workflows.
- Manage MarTech integrations (e.g., Salesforce, GA4, ad platforms, website tracking tools).
- Create and maintain lead lifecycle, lead scoring, and segmentation models.
Campaign Operations & Reporting
- Set up and manage email campaigns, landing pages, and automation workflows.
- Ensure campaign tracking (UTM, pixel, event setup) and proper attribution.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and multi-touch attribution models to measure campaign and funnel performance.
- Provide weekly and monthly insights for marketing and executive leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales to define and optimize lead handoff, funnel stages, and performance feedback loops.
- Enable Sales with lead alerts, campaign performance summaries, and pipeline acceleration insights.
- Support strategic planning by aligning marketing metrics with revenue goals.
Operational Excellence
- Implement and document standardized marketing processes and playbooks.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and internal data governance policies.
- Track marketing budget usage and support campaign-level ROI forecasting.
- Audit and optimize workflows for automation, consistency, and scalability.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.
- Expert knowledge of HubSpot (Marketing + CRM) and marketing data structure.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in Looker Studio, Google Analytics, or BI tools.
- Proficient in creating lead scoring models, tracking implementation, and campaign operations.
- Familiarity with B2B funnels, MQL/SQL workflows, attribution models, and cross-channel metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong experience working remotely and collaboratively across departments.
