Responsibilities: The AM will be responsible for managing client accounts and overseeing the smooth and effective delivery and execution of projects while ensuring the overall success of our client partners. Reporting to the Business and operations Lead and CEO, this position requires superior account management experience, big-picture thinking, and the ability to successfully lead cross-functional teams that collectively contribute to multifaceted digital campaigns.
The Account Manager in this role acts as the primary interface with accounts, helping drive overall strategy while developing campaigns and managing projects across the entire digital ecosystem. Proven experience managing digital campaigns is a requirement of the role, as the AM leads in creating channel strategies, helps in executing campaigns, assigns tasks and charts the progress of the support staff, while measuring and reporting back to the clients regularly on the results. A successful person in this role will deliver flawless client service, achieve great results for the client, and maintain exceptional relationships with key decision-makers

Skills and qualifications
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, advertising, or another related field and/or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
● Experience in management of remote workers, agencies, and partner organizations
● Understanding of latest communication trends in order to understand the most effective medium to achieve desired outcomes
● Creative, detail-oriented, and solutions-minded
● Team player, ability to work remotely, across time zones and asynchronous schedules
● Enjoy working with a wide range of experience levels, skill sets, and diverse perspectives
● An ability to deliver on a mix of marketing strategy, operations, project management, and technical requests
● Manage relationships and collaborate with external marketing providers across projects

What We Offer
A competitive salary range of $55,000 to $75,000 (commensurate with experience), full benefits, including 401k, medical and dental insurance. This is a fully remote position with business hours based on client needs but usually 9-5 PM Eastern standard time.
