This is a remote role starting as a 1–2 month contract, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance.

Interstride supports international students across their full lifecycle, from admissions to career development. Over 550 schools rely on Interstride for services that enhance yield, increase conversion, and reduce melt through the Admissions Portal. The Career Portal helps career centers close resource gaps and simplifies career and immigration support for international students and alumni.
We are seeking a creative and versatile professional with a strong background in digital marketing, operations, and design to support our newsletters, social media, and in-app content. Experience in higher education or international education is a huge plus.
What You’ll Do
- Own content and marketing strategy across website, in-app content, newsletters, and social media channels.
- Manage and mentor a team of content writers and freelancers.
- Create and optimize campaigns for LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels to drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and brand identity across all platforms.
- Track and report on campaign performance and analytics.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and partnerships teams to align marketing with business goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years in content marketing, digital marketing, or communications.
- Experience managing content teams and full-cycle marketing initiatives.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics-driven content strategy.
- Familiarity or strong interest in international education, global mobility, or related industries. Must be a quick learner.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
