Communication & Relationship Manage
- ment:Serve as a trusted communication conduit between the President and internal teams, operational partners, and external resou
- rces.Assist with the President’s inbound communications, respond on their behalf when appropriate, and ensure key follow-ups are tracked and exec
- uted.Coordinate and schedule meetings with senior leadership, clients, and partners on behalf of the President and
- CPO.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professiona

Project and Task Manag
- ement:Assist with follow-up and reporting of high-priority projects and initiatives led by th

- ironment.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simult
- aneously.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with a strong focus on communication management and presentatio
