Software Engineer (Kafka/Node)

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Engineer, IS or related field
• 3+ years of Software development experience using Node Experience with Kafka or other event-streaming platform
• MongoDB & SQL server database experience
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Job Description

Insight Global is currently hiring for a Backend Software Engineer for our top financial companies in the Des Moines area. This Engineer will be on a critical team that support enterprise data platforms. They will develop, enhance and maintain microservices, APIs and other supporting data tools. They will need be comfortable collaborating with business leaders as well as architects, DevOps, security and Infrastructure teams.

Compensation:

$100,000 to $130,000 per year annual salary.
