Our client is an elite proprietary crypto trading firm—a technology-driven team operating at the forefront of global digital asset markets. They design and deploy high-performance, low-latency trading systems where every microsecond counts.

We’re seeking an exceptional software engineer to join this world-class group. This is an opportunity to work in an environment that prizes technical excellence, intellectual rigor, and first principles thinking above all else.

The Role

You’ll be designing and building highly performant systems in C++ and Rust, contributing to a complex, modular codebase where correctness, scalability, and speed are non-negotiable.

You’ll collaborate closely with other elite engineers and quantitative researchers to push the limits of performance optimization across the full trading stack.

What We’re Looking For

• Very strong systems engineering
• Experience writing modular code within a complex codebase where performance is critical
• Deep interest in performance optimization and a desire to work close to the metal
• Strong first-principles thinker with a bias toward elegant, simple solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Competitive programmer (IOI, ICPC) / world-class programming ability
• Experience with Rust and or C++
• Experience working for an elite quant trading firm
• High quality education - BSc or MSc in Computer Science from a top university
