Our client is seeking a fully-remote (in EST) Growth Marketing Lead who can translate strategic goals into targeted, measurable marketing programs. This role blends digital execution, sales alignment, and field marketing—ensuring that marketing efforts support pipeline growth and deepen engagement with key accounts.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales to gather insights, refine segmentation, and build programs that resonate with high-value audiences. Field marketing experience is important, particularly the ability to plan and execute trade shows, industry activations, and personalized experiences—but it is one component of a broader growth strategy.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, collaborative, and comfortable moving between strategy, execution, and optimization.
