OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Front-End Software Engineer to join our team focused on building and maintaining modern web applications for our next-generation platform. This role is ideal for developers with solid experience in React and front-end technologies who are looking to grow their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy responsive web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver user-friendly interfaces.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and maintainability.
• Support and enhance existing applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Work with AWS technologies and cloud-based architectures as part of our platform evolution.
• Help estimate tasks and deliverables based on wireframes and functional specs.
• Research and propose solutions to technical challenges and emerging trends.
• Communicate effectively with your manager and team, providing updates on progress and blockers.
• Contribute to reusable component libraries and front-end best practices.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in front-end development using JavaScript, ES6+, TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS.
• 2+ years of experience building single-page applications with React (Redux and Hooks experience preferred).
• Familiarity with unit and integration testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Exposure to server-side rendering, micro frontends (MFEs), or cloud-based development (AWS) is a plus.
• Positive team player who communicates constructively and is eager to learn and grow.
