About the Role
This company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account & Project Manager to help drive outstanding client outcomes while keeping internal projects well-organized and on schedule. This hybrid role combines relationship management, strategic thinking, and workflow coordination. The ideal candidate will serve as the main liaison between clients and internal creative and marketing teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on priorities, timelines, and the overall purpose behind each initiative.
Responsibilities
Client Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients
- Manage client relationships from onboarding through ongoing support and communication
- Lead regular client check-ins, status updates, and deliverable reviews
- Align project execution with each client’s goals and strategic priorities
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and relay them to the sales or leadership team
Project Management
- Translate marketing initiatives into actionable tasks with clear deadlines
- Assign and oversee tasks across internal teams (e.g., advertising, content, design, development)
- Monitor project progress using project management tools such as Wrike
- Follow up with team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Communicate project timelines, updates, and changes to clients clearly and proactively
Reporting & Quality Control
- Review all deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with client expectations
- Coordinate and share performance reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal workflows and execution processes
Key Success Metrics
- Client satisfaction & retention (feedback, renewals, referrals)
- On-time project delivery (% tasks completed on deadline)
- Minimal revisions or rework due to missed expectations
- Efficient communication across internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in an agency or similar client-facing role
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts, projects, and shifting priorities
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Solid understanding of marketing strategies and agency workflows, including web development, SEO, PPC, and branding
- Highly organized and tech-savvy, with experience using tools such as Wrike (or similar platforms like ClickUp), Slack, and Google Workspace
