We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of automation and AI solutions that drive efficiency across key business processes. The mission is to deliver 10 high-ROI automation use cases and achieve a 30% efficiency increase in the top 10 most manual processes by Q2 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver scalable automation for manual processes and workflows.
Partner with Security and cross-functional teams to identify pain points and define automation opportunities.
Build and integrate solutions using tools like Jira, Google Workspace, Slack, Workato, Glean, and N8n.
Ensure operational continuity and smooth transitions to automated systems.
Monitor and optimize automation performance, investigate issues, and deploy fixes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system design and user guides.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering.
Proven track record in process and workflow automation across multiple platforms and tools.
Proficiency in Go (Golang).
Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as N8n and Workato.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
(Nice to have) Experience building AI Agents or LLM-powered workflows.
(Nice to have) Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
