Marketing Operations Coordinator
The Marketing Operations Coordinator is a marketing professional with experience in managing and executing integrated marketing material for distribution internally and externally via multiple channels and methods. They effectively partner with internal associates and external vendors to plan and execute the full life cycle of marketing material development initiatives. This role entails a primary focus on operational aspects of marketing material management across multiple platforms, continually refining activities to achieve organizational goals. We use multifaceted strategies to achieve ambitious marketing and communications objectives including advertising (digital and print), email marketing, collateral (digital and print), thought leadership content, strategic alliances, direct marketing, and social media.
This role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, strong project management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the organization is important.
