The Role - Marketing and Social Media Manager

Main Tasks:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive engagement.
2. Utilize LinkedIn as a strategic platform for reaching target audiences, building relationships, and establishing thought leadership.
3. Implement effective social media management strategies, with a focus on LinkedIn, to maximize reach and impact.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure consistency across all channels.
5. Analyze performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Create and curate compelling content for LinkedIn, including posts, articles, and multimedia assets, that resonate with target audiences and reinforce brand messaging.
2. Manage GES Group's LinkedIn Company Page, optimizing it for visibility and engagement through regular updates, monitoring, and interaction with followers.
3. Develop and execute targeted LinkedIn advertising campaigns to reach key stakeholders and drive conversions.
4. Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing, incorporating new strategies and features into marketing initiatives.
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners, to coordinate marketing efforts and maximize impact.
6. Support the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and case studies, to support sales and business development efforts.

1. LinkedIn Marketing Solutions
2. Social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
3. Analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics)
4. Content creation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Competencies and Technology Experience:
