We’re looking for a technically strong, detail-oriented designer to join our remote team and support production on our national rollout programs. This role is heavily focused on construction documentation, so a strong understanding of Revit and AutoCAD is essential. You’ll work closely with our project managers, consultants, and client teams to bring environments to life with efficiently, accurately, and consistently. As our studio continues to grow and take on a range of project types, this role will play an important part in maintaining the quality and efficiency we’re known for. What you will do:
- Produce complete construction document sets for architectural interior projects, including plans, elevations, sections, details, RCPs, and schedules.
- Work within Revit and AutoCAD to implement client prototypes and brand standards across a high volume of retail rollout projects.
- Collaborate remotely with our internal team through Microsoft Teams and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for file sharing and coordination.
- Coordinate directly with MEP consultants during project kick-offs and throughout documentation.
- Maintain organized project files, schedules, and specifications across multiple active projects.
- Quickly learn and apply evolving client standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Contribute to efficiency improvements, quality control, and rollout processes.
- (Future opportunity) Grow into leading test fits and layout development for new sites.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in architectural design, interior architecture, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Revit (required), AutoCAD, SketchUp, SketchUp Layout.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction documentation, from floor plans to detailed millwork.
- Exceptional organization, accuracy, and time-management skills, being able to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, communicative, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
- Understanding of architectural conventions, materials, and detailing.
- Bonus: Experience with corporate rollout programs or prototype-driven environments.
