One of our big rocks for the year is to drive a step change in top-of-funnel growth while improving conversion rates throughout our hybrid self-serve, sales-led funnel. We cannot do this without a strong foundation. As the Marketing Operations Lead, you’ll focus on enabling Front’s marketing organization to run personalized, omni-channel lead and customer experiences at scale. You’ll lead company-wide initiatives around enrichment, lead scoring and attribution. You’ll constantly be on the hunt for areas of opportunity and optimization, partnering with Growth Marketing, Web Strategy, and Analytics to run experiments. Zone 2: $145,900 - $184,700
Zone 3: $137,800 - $174,400
Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions. At Front, we take a market-based approach to pay. In addition to cash compensation (base salary, which may include commissions or overtime pay where applicable), Fronteers are eligible to receive equity in the company.
