About The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Marketing Manager to support our Digital Solutions (Agricultural Solutions, Supplements, Packaging) portfolio across Europe, with a particular focus on French-speaking markets. You will drive product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and campaign execution for digital solutions focused on agricultural solutions, packaging and supplements.
This is a remote role within the EU and requires full professional fluency in French.
Key Responsibilities
Market Strategy & Positioning
Define the product positioning and messaging for digital solutions across European markets, with specific focus on French-speaking regions
Identify local regulatory drivers and competitive dynamics to inform go-to-market approaches
Go-to-Market Execution
Plan and execute launches for new solutions in collaboration with commercial team
Localize and adapt global messaging to resonate with regional and market-specific needs
Sales Enablement
Create localized sales tools: pitch decks, one-pagers, value propositions, objection-handling guides
Deliver training and support to regional sales and customer-facing teams
Campaign Support & Demand Generation
Support campaign execution targeting ag input suppliers, distributors, and cooperatives across Europe
Track campaign performance and support optimization based on engagement data
Voice of Customer
Lead customer interviews and gather market insights to refine personas, positioning, and product roadmap inputs
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Sales, Regulatory, and the broader Marketing team to align priorities and initiatives
