We’re growing fast—especially in the US—and we’re redefining what great marketing looks like in a niche, high-value industry.With our current Marketing Manager moving on, we’re looking for someone truly exceptional to step in and take the reins alongside our CMO - someone who can bring both structure and spark, and who understands how to market with people, not just at them.
What You’ll Own
1. Demand Generation & Funnel Activation through HubSpot
- Take ownership of MQL → SQL performance, with campaigns that convert (no fluff, no guesswork).
- Create and execute nurture flows, retargeting, and reactivation tactics to unlock revenue potential.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure alignment, clarity, and feedback loops.
2. Content & Brand Execution
- Own creation of engaging, polished content (from LinkedIn to white papers, video scripts, decks, and landing pages).
- Translate complex aviation tech into compelling stories for operators and partners.
- Build on our “Powered by FL3XX” customer series and help scale it into a core growth engine.
3. Strategic Campaigns
- Launch multi-channel campaigns for integrations, feature releases, events, and account-based outreach.
- Partner with Product and Customer Success to amplify launches and success stories.
- Manage messaging across touch points - from outbound sequences to event booths to website updates.
4. Community-Led & US-Focused Growth
- Shape and scale our local customer engagement and forums in North America.
- Help build rapport with our operator community.
- Listen to the market and bring back insights to inform positioning and product-market fit.
5. HubSpot Marketing Execution
- Manage campaigns, email workflows, and web assets inside HubSpot.
- Work around known CMS limitations with creative problem-solving.
What You Bring
Essential:
- A proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing—ideally in (business) aviation, travel tech, or a similarly complex industry.
- Strong written and visual storytelling ability. You are the word and graphic designer—you sketch, mock up, and move fast.
- Design or no-code tools (Adobe, Canva, HubSpot, CMS, etc.)
- Strategic sense: You can zoom out to market dynamics and zoom in to execute.
- Cross-functional skills: You work well with Sales, Product, and Success - and aren’t afraid to push for better alignment.
- Ownership mindset: You’re proactive, accountable, and thrive in a lean, dynamic team.
Big Bonus if you have:
- Experience working with or around flight departments, operators, or aviation software.
- Familiar with AI to drive, speed up, and facilitate work.
- Experience with LinkedIn paid campaigns, SEO tools, and webinar platforms.
- North American market familiarity.
