We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Operations Specialist to help take our marketing strategy and execution to the next level.
In this role you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing tactics and strategies to achieve marketing and sales goals. The Marketing Operations Specialist will manage the marketing and sales technology and data, including HubSpot (marketing automation and CRM), campaign list management, eCommerce platform, and sales and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities:
· Manage the CRM and implement marketing automation, HubSpot.
· Create and optimize marketing workflows, including email templates and lead nurturing campaigns.
· Manage the marketing and sales tech stack.
· Manage direct mail campaigns regarding target list creation, data management and working with mail houses to submit campaign target lists prior to deadlines.
· Coordinate and execute digital and social advertising campaigns.
· Collaborate and work with the eCommerce vendor to enhance and manage the user experience and optimize conversion.
· Utilize data analytics to identify trends and patterns, implement strategies to boost overall marketing and sales performance.
· Track and measure marketing and sales performance against goals and objectives.
· Track ROI, identify trends and report on campaign performance.
· Align marketing strategies and tactics with business goals.
· Ensure FastBridge brand standards are consistent and maintained across all channels.
· Independent and proactive approach, taking ownership of projects and responsibilities.
Qualifications
· Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM, HubSpot is preferred or equivalent experience with similar tools; Salesforce, Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, MailChimp, Constant Contact.
· Strong analytical skills, including a mastery of Excel.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Data analysis and reporting skills.
· General knowledge of eCommerce.
· Experience with or knowledge of Google Analytics.
· Be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently.
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Education and Experience:
· 2 or more years of marketing or sales operations experience.
· Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
