Extension Architecture (part of the YK Group) is an Architectural and Town Planning practice based in two South East locations. The team consists of experienced Planners, Architects, Interior Designers, and Civil/Structural Engineers who aim to exceed client expectations and provide the best design solutions for proposed developments in Central London, Greater London, and Surrey.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and grow our presence on Website Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.

Decide what kind of videos we should be shooting to showcase our work

Write all content: social media captions, video scripts, email campaigns, blogs

Edit videos from raw footage – add motion graphics, colour grading, audio post

Create viral short-form content (reels, shorts, trending edits)

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)

Repurpose content across platforms and for website use

Use AI tools to create videos, images, renders, and enhance production workflows

Analyse performance metrics and report on growth & engagement

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in social media, video content, and digital marketing

Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)

Excellent English writing and content strategy skills

Strong understanding of social trends and content that converts

Experience with AI tools like Runway ML, Pika Labs, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.

Background in motion graphics, colour grading, and audio post-production

Bonus: Experience in architecture, design, or real estate sectors
