Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and display channels. Collaborating with creative and brand teams, you'll analyze performance metrics, refine strategies, and ensure every campaign delivers measurable impact and maximum ROI.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or another business-related field
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in paid media (search, paid social, and display)
  • Understanding of past and current digital marketing and technology trends
  • Proficient in Google Tag Manager, GA4 goal setup, and Looker Studio reporting
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Drive to deliver and exceed performance goals
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven
  • Bonus qualifications: Agency experience and knowledge of running hospitality-based ads

Who You Are:

  • A skilled paid media professional with experience managing paid media campaigns (agency experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of strategy execution for both B2B and B2C audiences (hospitality industry experience preferred)
  • Proficient in ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experienced in setting up conversion tracking in Google Tag Manager, creating goals in GA4, and building reports in Looker Studio
  • Data-driven, analytical, and skilled at evaluating metrics to optimize performance
  • Strong communicator who can present data-driven insights clearly and confidently
  • Collaborative, curious, and detail-oriented-a true asset to any marketing team

Your Daily Tasks

  • Collaborate with the Associate Director, Performance Marketing to execute strategic marketing campaigns across paid search, display, video, and social platforms
  • Assist in day-to-day management of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization, including strategy refinement and budget management
  • Support the creative team by providing performance data and strategic direction for ad creation
  • Continuously identify optimization opportunities through A/B testing on ad copy and landing pages
  • Ensure campaigns meet predefined conversion objectives while monitoring key performance metrics
  • Own campaign tracking and analytics setup, including event tagging in Google Tag Manager, goal configuration in GA4, and UTM strategy implementation
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Looker Studio and GA4) to analyze trends and present data-driven insights
  • Manage and report on advertising spend to ensure efficient budget allocation
  • Stay updated on emerging ad platforms and industry best practices to drive innovation and performance
