Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be the force behind daily operations, coordinating calendars, communications, and client onboarding. You’ll manage reporting, event planning, and CRM updates while supporting executive priorities and special projects in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 2+ years of proven experience supporting executives
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and Zoho CRM (or similar platforms)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • High discretion and ability to manage confidential information

Your Daily Tasks

Executive Support:

  • Calendar and email management for the executive
  • Writing and editing reports
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel
  • Updating and maintaining CRM (Zoho)
  • Tracking expenses and managing reimbursements

Client Onboarding:

  • Creating project folders and sending client welcome emails

Office & Vendor Management:

  • Coordinating with IT and external vendors

Event Coordination:

  • Organizing company events and managing holiday/gifting calendars

Communication & Documentation:

  • Drafting, editing, and distributing internal and external communications

Special Projects:

  • Assisting with one-off and ongoing special projects
