Who are we?
Dynergy is a fast-growing eCommerce company based in London, UK. We turnover $20m+ a year, with 90% of our business on Amazon UK. We have 10 of our own private label brands across many catagories including home, outdoors, travel, pets, and kids.
Last year we launched across Amazon EU, Amazon Vendor, Tiktok and other marketplaces and have huge ambitions to grow this year.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a bright and experienced individual to lead our Amazon Account Team. This is a huge and exciting role, where you would be leading and growing our already established team of designers and account specialists based in the Philippines. You would also have close daily interaction with the founders, as well as collaborating with our marketing, buying, strategy and operations teams.
This is a high-impact role for someone who knows what it takes to scale listings, improve profit, and drive results on both Vendor and Seller Central.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and grow revenue/profitability across our 1P + 3P Amazon account (UK + EU)
- Lead strategic planning, pricing, and forecasting across 500+ SKUs
- Optimize revenue and margins using data and tools such as Sellerboard, Looker and Google Sheets
- Oversee listing conversion, content improvement, and catalogue structure
- Guide a small account support team on SEO, troubleshooting, compliance, design and video editing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional members of the team including operations, buying and strategy to launch new products and scale the full account
- Analyze competitor landscape and create actionable listing improvement plans
- Stay ahead of Amazon trends (e.g. AI, Rufus etc)
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years managing Amazon accounts, including Seller and Vendor Central
- Strong knowledge of listing optimisation, flat file uploads, parentage, and troubleshooting, SEO, copy writing, keyword research
- Experience leading growth on $5M–$10M+ revenue accounts
- Confident with reporting tools and data analysis
- Skilled at leading teams and managing workflows remotely
- Strong understanding of Amazon policies, VOC, pricing, and Buy Box logic
- Experience in Helium 10, Google Workspace (drive, sheets, docs), Clickup (or equivalent project management tools), Sellerboard, Chatgpt + other AI tools.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience managing hybrid Seller + Vendor accounts
- Commercial mindset around pricing and profitability levers
- Familiarity with UK/EU marketplaces and international launches
