We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to join the team at Diamond Braces. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company and orthodontic services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, increase lead generation, and ultimately drive revenue growth.

Essential Functions
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, display advertising, SEO, PPC advertising
- Lead the Social Media Team, coaching and developing to create excellence in our social media presence
- Manage and optimize company website and landing pages in partnership with the Web Development team for user experience and conversion rate optimization
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to segment customers, personalize communications, and optimize customer journeys
- Implement automations and workflows to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and consumer preferences, and utilize insights to inform marketing strategies
- Analyze campaign performance metrics through business analysis and reporting, providing regular reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimization
- Develop clear KPI’s on departmental performance, driving a focus ROI
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices, continuously evaluating an recommending new channels and tactics to improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging across all channels
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget

Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2 year(s): Experience in a managerial or leadership role
- 5 year(s): Experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics including email marketing, social media advertising, SEO, PPC, and content marketing
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and web analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret date and make data-driven decisions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Demonstrated experience in managing limited marketing budgets, including allocation, tracking, and optimizing expenditure to achieve maximum ROI
- Proven ability to prepare persuasive and compelling pitches for marketing campaigns, effectively communicating value propositions and desired outcomes to stakeholders
