- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to support the CEO.
- This role demands discretion, independent judgment, and the ability to manage a dynamic and high-profile schedule.
- Candidates with a background in the insurance industry or experience in large corporate environments will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, handle expense reports, and manage correspondence with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proactive Problem Solving:
- Anticipate needs and potential challenges, taking initiative to resolve issues before they arise.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Maintain a professional demeanor and ensure effective communication.
- Flexibility & Adaptability:
- Work flexible hours, adjusting to the CEO’s schedule and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Work Ethic:
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and the ability to add value from day one.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Discreet and trustworthy with handling confidential information
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and detail-focused
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and schedules
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Minimum: High School Diploma
- Additional education or certifications a plus
