As the Sr Director, Client Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing strategy and delivering value to our clients, which include health plans, employers and pharmaceuticals. You will be responsible for owning and executing our B2B2C marketing efforts and collaborating strategically across Client Experience, Marketing and Product to drive synergy and improve effectiveness. This is a high-impact role that requires a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, a creative problem solver, and a results-driven leader.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute and analyze client-specific marketing activation plans – leveraging best practices and assets – to drive a successful product launch, ongoing user activation and user retention
- Collaborate strategically with Growth, Product Marketing and Engagement to continually advance learnings and improve campaign effectiveness
- Work cross-functionally to optimize product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with our B2B2C audiences
- Collaborate with clients to plan, manage and execute content calendars, with an eye to meaningfully advancing KPIs and metrics
- Implement analytics to measure B2B2C marketing effectiveness
- Manage materials efficiently through client approval processes including regulatory and compliance reviews
- Own contractual performance metrics (KPIs) for activation and retention
- Partner closely with Client Experience to look for opportunities to drive additional value to clients to optimize and expand the relationship
- Manage marketing projects to keep them on track
- Collaborate with the broader Marketing team, consultants and clients to deliver live webinars and expert events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or other relevant field. MBA or Master’s degree is desirable
- Minimum 10+ years of marketing experience demonstrating increasing scope of responsibilities; including 5 years of healthcare marketing experience, working with health plans and employers
- Experience in working directly with clients to ensure that contractual performance metrics (KPIs) for activation and retention are met
- Deep understanding of regulations and industry standards related to advertising and promotional communications within regulated markets (Medicaid and/or Medicare preferred)
- Excellent relationship development skills
- Strong project management skills
- Comfortable and proficient in technology
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment
