The Role
We’re looking for a frontend-focused software engineer who excels at turning high-fidelity designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready UI. You’ll work closely with our design team to build sleek, scalable web applications that make complex workflows feel effortless. This role is ideal for someone who loves working on modern interfaces, cares about details, and wants to move fast in a high-impact environment.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React, Next.js, and Shadcn CSS
- Translate Figma designs into polished, production-quality UI with exacting precision
- Collaborate closely with designers to ensure design intent is preserved at every breakpoint
- Build reusable components, layout systems, and design patterns that scale across the platform
- Partner with backend engineers to integrate APIs and streamline the frontend architecture
- Optimize performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Contribute to frontend architecture and advocate for best practices in UI development
Requirement
- 3–6 years of experience in frontend development, ideally in fast-paced product teams
- Expert in JavaScript/TypeScript and React (or similar component-based frameworks)
- Fluent in responsive layout, modern CSS, and utility-first frameworks like Tailwind
- Obsessed with pixel-perfect execution and visual consistency
- Strong collaboration skills especially with product designers and design systems
- Experience working from Figma and a keen eye for detail in spacing, typography, and interaction
- Bonus: Experience with motion/animation libraries, SSR frameworks (e.g., Next.js), or AI-enhanced interfaces
- Computer Science or equivalent Engineering degree is required
