At CourtReserve, We Live By Three Core Values
- Having Each Other’s Backs – We emphasize teamwork and collective success.
- Finishing the Job – We bring our best every day to deliver results.
- Having Fun – We believe work should be challenging and joyful.
About The Role
CourtReserve is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to help shape, execute, and optimize our go-to-market strategy. You’ll work closely with the VP of Marketing and collaborate across teams (Sales, Product, and Customer Success) to ensure our campaigns, content, and operations drive measurable impact.
This is a hands-on role for a strong executor and team player who loves bringing creative ideas to life, balancing strategy with action, and helping a growing marketing team stay aligned, energized, and effective.
You’ll help lead our day-to-day marketing efforts — owning campaigns, managing workflows, and driving initiatives that increase awareness, adoption, expansion, and engagement across our fast-growing community of clubs and players.
You will be comfortable filtering ideas, and help us avoid “random acts of marketing”. You’ll collaborate closely with the emerging ‘Revenue Team’ and executive leadership, bringing clarity and data-driven insight into how marketing drives revenue.

- Support team growth and process improvement through documentation, tools, and workflow optimization.
Content & Brand Activation

- Support thought leadership initiatives that position CourtReserve as the trusted leader in racquet and paddle sports tech.
- Partner with designers and writers to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Growth & Demand Generation
- Collaborate on campaigns that generate qualified pipeline for Sales and drive awareness within target markets.
