About the Role
As the Social Media Manager for the Middle East (MEA), you will lead the regional social strategy and execution — shaping Cooler Master’s online presence, growing local communities, and building meaningful engagement with fans, creators, and partners. You’ll be the storyteller behind the brand, combining creative flair, analytical insight, and cultural understanding to bring Cooler Master’s voice to life across social platforms. This is a role for someone who thrives on connecting ideas with audiences — transforming posts into conversations and conversations into community.
Responsibilities
- Lead the social media strategy and calendar for the MEA region, aligning with global and regional marketing initiatives.
- Create and publish platform-specific content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, Threads, etc.) tailored for local audiences and culture.
- Localize global assets and collaborate with the Creative team to develop engaging regional visuals, copy, and video content.
- Partner with influencers, gaming communities, and brand partners to grow awareness and positive sentiment.
- Monitor local trends, competitors, and cultural conversations to identify creative engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, PR, and Channel Marketing teams to amplify launches and campaigns.
- Measure performance metrics including engagement rate, follower growth, sentiment, and ROI, and optimize based on insights.
- Maintain brand voice, tone, and compliance across all content and interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally within the tech, gaming, or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of regional social platforms, audience behavior, and cultural nuances in the Middle East.
- Skilled in content planning, storytelling, and engagement strategies.
- Hands-on experience with social analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Meta Suite, etc.).
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.
- Passion for PC hardware, gaming, and online culture.
