What are we looking for?
We are looking for a designer, with a keen eye for detail, to join us. To be successful in this role, you should have original ideas and have a keen eye. Ultimately, you should be able to create imaginative designs, be open to learning more and create impressive designs that bring our brands to life.
Skills Required
- At least 2-5 years of working experience as a graphic designer.
- Understanding of visual elements (layout, type, animation and fonts)
- Experience with design software and graphics editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier and Canva
- Knowledge of design techniques, such as prototyping
- Ability to work well within a team
- A keen eye for detail
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Motivation to maintain and improve design standards
- Willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
What will you do?
- Leading in various design projects from concept to completion, including events, EDMs, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram), presentation decks, collateral, stationery, advertising (digital and print), animation, illustration and photo/video editing
- Liaising with brokers to deliver Design Service Packages
- Overseeing monthly social media calendar across our company and Partner businesses
- Overseeing and implementing company branded shopfronts
- Creating and overseeing the delivery of editable collateral templates
- Collaborating with Content Team on campaign deliverables across Loan Market
- Replicating templates and customizing for brokers or brands
- Listening to feedback to hone skills and improve design
- Collaborate with team members to launch projects and events
- Implement brand guidelines - Be our brand custodian!
