What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Head of Product Marketing to lead the positioning, adoption, and communication strategy for our products. This role is critical to accelerating our growth and will have a direct impact on how Cobre launches, promotes, and scales every new feature.
The ideal candidate will bring a strategic vision to build the function from scratch and possess deep understanding of the fintech or B2B SaaS market. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
What would you be doing:
- Prioritize and manage the workflow between Product Marketing, Product, and Sales, ensuring alignment, focus, and efficiency to drive business impact.
- Provide market insights to guide strategic decisions on product, positioning, and feature prioritization with the highest monetization potential.
- Collaborate with brand and communications on marketing campaigns focused on acquisition, expansion, and demand generation.
- Develop use cases and customer stories that demonstrate product value in real business contexts and serve as commercial enablers.
- Lead and execute Product Marketing strategies that drive feature adoption, activate key accounts, and grow revenue.
- Build and scale a Product Marketing team with strong ownership, creative excellence, and an obsession with measurable results.
- Partner with Product to influence the roadmap based on commercial opportunities, customer feedback, and competitive differentiation.
- Craft powerful messaging and positioning that shorten sales cycles, increase win rates, and elevate perceived product value.
- Lead product launches with clear commercial impact: adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and expansion within existing accounts.
What do you need:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing within tech companies, with at least 5 years focused on B2B SaaS or fintech products.
- 4+ years leading high-performing Product Marketing teams, with a focus on business results and scalable processes.
- Proven track record developing go-to-market and positioning strategies that drive adoption and conversion, with measurable revenue impact through up-selling, cross-selling, or commercial expansion.
- Deep knowledge of the LatAm fintech or payments-infrastructure landscape, including market dynamics, buyer profiles, and decision-making processes in B2B companies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing, translating technical complexity into clear, strategic, and differentiating messages.
- Exceptional strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution and business-driven prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (oral and written), with clear, technical, and persuasive storytelling.
