We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Content Marketing Manager to drive our strategy and fuel our growth engine. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content management strategy aligned with our business objectives and target audience needs.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a cohesive content strategy across multiple formats and channels (blogs, social media, video, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, etc.) that covers all stages of the marketing funnel and addresses the needs of key personas.
- Create high-quality, high-conversion content assets, leveraging your technical writing skills and expertise in cloud computing, FinOps, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales engineering) and external resources (press, media, marketing vendors) to continuously produce valuable content that supports our marketing and sales efforts.
- Manage organic social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, crafting engaging posts that resonate with our target audience.
- Partner with sales and partner teams to repurpose and refactor existing content to meet the needs of specific personas and use cases.
- Align all content with SEO standards and best practices to optimize performance and presence across digital platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, PPC platforms, content syndication).
- Evaluate the value of content created, measure impact, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our content strategy and improve ROI.
- Maintain and evolve content in conjunction with company objectives, Demand Generation needs, audience segmentation, personas, key messages, measurement, and time & event schedules.
- Assist in managing the creation of content (editorial calendar) and marketing campaigns, including writing, reviewing, and editing.
- Run the Customer Reference Program, facilitating a steady stream of reference content, video stories, and other reference assets by working with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain an awareness of industry trends to ideate with Product Marketing on establishing proactive content responses and thought leadership.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the FinOps, cloud computing, or related technology space.
- Proven track record of creating high-performing content that drives engagement, leads, and revenue.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to produce technical content for a diverse B2B audience.
- Familiarity with cloud tech terms, trends, and media.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g., HubSpot), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), and social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable content strategies.
- Knowledge of inbound marketing, public relations, SEO best practices, and some knowledge of HTML.
- Proficient with project management platforms and MS Office suite.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
