About the Role
We’re hiring a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to take ownership of our organic marketing engine and keep our content + internal systems running smoothly. You’ll help coordinate content creation, manage publishing schedules, repurpose content across platforms, and ensure assets move efficiently from idea → production → posting.
Responsibilities
- Manage the content calendar across platforms (IG, FB, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Coordinate with writers, editors, and designers to ensure assets are delivered on time.
- Upload, publish, and schedule posts—ensuring consistency and quality of execution.
- Repurpose long-form content into micro content (clips, reels, posts).
- Track performance metrics and report what’s working (and what’s not).
- Coordinate with Internal and External Teams - Serve as the point person across departments, vendors, and freelancers to keep everyone aligned and on deadline.
- Support Operations Projects - Jump in on backend tasks like process documentation, asset organization, automations, and systems maintenance as needed.
Requirements
- Proven success optimizing funnels and conversion for high-ticket coaching or consulting offers.
- Proven experience working with Organic lead generation
- Proven experience in marketing coordination, project management, or operations
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Working knowledge of digital advertising and funnel strategy
- Comfortable with tech tools like GHL, Zapier, Google Sheets, Slack, Hyros, and others
- Clear communicator who can manage up, push projects forward, and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail—errors and disorganization are not part of your workflow
- Able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects without constant oversight
Nice to Have
- Strong leadership skills managing cross-functional marketing teams.
- Deep understanding of attribution, CRM systems (HubSpot, Kajabi, Skool), and analytics.
- Experience building content engines and managing creative testing pipelines.
- Passion for performance marketing, storytelling, and brand growth.
- Previous experience scaling a coaching/consulting business is a major plus.
Compensation
- Base Salary of $5-6K/month DOE with 5% of ad spend performance bonus
- Bonus tied to ROAS improvements, revenue growth, and LTV expansion
- 1099 Contract Role
- Fully remote with flexible hours
