Role Overview
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll be a strategic partner—keeping the CEO focused, informed, and organized. You’ll operate at the heart of the company, driving operational excellence while ensuring strategic alignment. From managing a dynamic calendar to handling sensitive communications and key projects, you’ll play a crucial role in amplifying the CEO’s impact internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
CEO Support
Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, travel, and daily priorities with precision.
Prepare materials for meetings, ensure agendas are clear, and track follow-ups.
Join meetings (when needed) to take notes, drive action items, and ensure follow-through.
Information Management
Serve as the communication bridge between the CEO, leadership team, and external partners.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
Draft, review, and polish key communications, decks, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
Operational Support
Manage strategic projects and initiatives from kick-off to execution.
Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure smooth collaboration across teams
Support board communications, investor relations, and other high-stakes projects.
Culture & Leadership
Help sustain and strengthen Chat360’s culture through initiatives and CEO-led programs.
Organize leadership offsites, team events, and special projects with high attention to detail.
Act as a thought partner to the CEO providing insights, feedback, and operational leverage.
3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role—ideally within a startup or tech environment.
Exceptional organizational skills with an action-oriented mindset.
Calm, resourceful, and flexible—especially in high-pressure or fast-changing situations.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
High emotional intelligence, low ego, and a collaborative spirit.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and project management tools.
· Experience working closely with founders or C-level executives.
· Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or startup operations.
A background in project management, business operations, or internal communications.
