Part Time Marketing Coordinator (Remote)

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to provide essential assistance to the Director of Marketing for Nature's Bounty. In this dynamic role, you will be key to ensuring smooth operations by providing direct administrative support and managing assigned projects. This involves being the central hub, effectively following up with various cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure seamless support across the organization. Responsibilities:

Provide Administrative and Project Management assistance to the Director of Marketing for Nature's Bounty. This involves:

• Helping with specific assigned projects.
• Following up with various cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and support.

Support the team's transition and ongoing process management within Content Hub. This includes:

• Managing the routing and approval workflow for labels.
• Coordinating the routing of creative assets.
• Handling rendering requests.
• Organizing the coordination of product samples.

Qualifications:

• Requires 2 to 3 years of experience in Executive Administrative support or a comparable role. Two years of exposure to or direct experience supporting marketing functions is preferred.

• Functional Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively support Executive leadership. Must be adept at managing a demanding workload and juggling multiple priorities simultaneously. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is necessary.
• Operating Skills: Exhibits a strong customer service focus and is exceptionally organized. Possesses a keen eye for quality and detail. Must be capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Energy & Drive: Results-oriented and takes action. Shows the initiative to assume responsibility, lead projects, and deliver outcomes on schedule.
• Organizational Positioning Skills: Has strong presentation and written communication abilities. Must be skilled at interacting successfully within a matrix organizational structure.
• Personal & Interpersonal Skills: Proficient in building and cultivating effective working relationships with peers.
