Bullshark is looking for a multi-skilled Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This role calls for a versatile and innovative designer who can deliver across static design, branding, motion graphics, campaign creatives, and pre-production concepts.

You will work with a diverse range of clients and industries, creating impactful designs for both digital and physical assets—from brand identities to animated social content, marketing campaigns, and storyboards.

The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of design, strategy, and storytelling, bringing brands to life through compelling visual experiences.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

(1) Branding and Visual Identity Design:

Develop end-to-end brand identity systems, including logos, typography, color schemes, and brand guidelines.
Design branded assets for both digital and physical applications, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

(2) Campaign and Marketing Creatives:

Design high-impact visuals for social media, digital ads, print materials, packaging, and signage.
Create scroll-stopping creatives that drive engagement and conversions across paid and organic media.
Work closely with marketers and strategists to translate campaign concepts into compelling visuals.

(3) Motion Graphics and Animation:

Produce animations and motion graphics for social media, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling.
Create GIFs, short-form animated content, and video overlays to enhance campaign performance.
Bring static designs to life with motion-based enhancements and dynamic elements.

(4) Creative Strategy an Concept Development:

Generate bold creative concepts that align with brand strategy and marketing objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform creative directions.
Collaborate with copywriters, videographers, and creative strategists to craft cohesive brand stories.

(5) Pre-Production Concepts and Storyboards:

Develop pre-production visuals, including storyboards, mood boards, and concept sketches.
Assist in the creative direction for photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand identity.

(6) Multi-Format Asset Development:

Design for both digital and physical media, ensuring adaptability across web, social, print, signage, and packaging.
Ensure all assets meet platform-specific best practices, optimising designs for performance.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

✅ 2+ years of experience working in creative, ideally agency-side.

✅ A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, marketing creatives, animation, and campaign design.

✅ Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

✅ Proficiency in motion graphics and animation, with the ability to bring static designs to life.

✅ A keen eye for detail, typography, colour theory, and composition.

✅ Strong ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual stories.

✅ A passion for pushing creative boundaries and developing cutting-edge designs.

✅ 3+ years of experience (agency-side experience preferred).

The below will be considered an additional asset:

Experience in 3D design or video editing.
Proficiency in Figma for digital and UI design.
