The Role
We’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce Marketing Manager to bring our digital ecosystem to life. This contractor role (10 hours per week) will sit at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and systems—overseeing Build It Boldly’s online store, email marketing, and digital content strategy to foster engagement, drive conversions, and amplify our mission.

You’re a Great Fit If You…
Have 3+ years of experience managing marketing in the e-commerce or digital retail space.
Are fluent in Shopify, Klaviyo (or similar), and social media management tools.
Are both strategic and creative—you can map a funnel and write a headline.
Thrive in small, collaborative teams and take initiative without needing intense direction.
Are forward-thinking, proactive, and excited to shape the marketing foundation of a growing mission-driven brand.
Are based in or near Philadelphia, PA, and open to occasional in-person meetings.
