This role blends technical depth with strategic leadership — ideal for a data-savvy professional who can architect marketing analytics ecosystems, translate insights into ROI, and guide clients through the transition from channel-based metrics to true business impact measurement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive HCP and consumer omnichannel analytics frameworks that connect media, digital, CRM, and sales data.
- Develop and own an integrated Omnichannel Performance Tracker — linking media KPIs, website engagement, and prescription or conversion data to continuously optimize cross-channel investment.
- Drive the evolution from traditional media reporting toward measurable business outcomes and ROI.
- Partner with marketing, media, data engineering, and executive stakeholders to define analytical priorities and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
- Architect data environments and measurement strategies for new product launches, including greenfield initiatives in the oncology space.
- Oversee data quality, analytics enablement, and model development across client ecosystems.
- Mentor and guide a small team of consultants and analysts supporting healthcare and pharma clients.
- Research and adopt emerging tools and methodologies to advance omnichannel measurement, attribution modeling, and performance optimization.
- Champion a culture of data-informed decision-making across client organizations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, media, or omnichannel analytics, within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
- Deep understanding of omnichannel customer journeys and the nuances of marketing within highly regulated industries. Analyzing HCP behavior data (e.g., engagement with drug education content) etc.
- Strategic yet hands-on leader capable of building analytics foundations from scratch (greenfield experience).
- Proven ability to lead cross-channel performance measurement, data integration, and insight activation initiatives.
- Hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, or similar data-manipulation languages.
- Strong knowledge of marketing attribution models, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experienced in both technical data architecture and storytelling through analytics.
- Demonstrated experience presenting to executive stakeholders — translating complex analytics into strategic recommendations and business narratives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline (e.g., Statistics, Engineering, Econometrics, Decision Sciences, Mathematics, or related field).
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Comfortable leading consultant teams while collaborating closely with client executives.
- Experience leveraging GenAI, LLMs, or advanced machine learning methods to enhance analytics workflows or insight generation.
- Exposure to health-tech, startup, or oncology-focused environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, BigQuery) or healthcare marketing analytics tools (e.g., Veeva, IQVIA, Crossix).
