You will champion our AI-first vision, shape our narrative, and lead a high-performing team to deliver measurable impact across pipeline, brand, and customer success.

The Head Of Marketing role will be responsible for defining and executing AutomatePro’s global marketing strategy to support accelerated growth and brand expansion. This leader will drive awareness, build category leadership in intelligent test automation and DevOps for ServiceNow, and generate measurable pipeline impact aligned to revenue targets.

The role will transform our go-to-market engine, expand our partner ecosystem influence, and build customer trust and advocacy across enterprise markets.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth & Brand Leadership

  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking global marketing strategy plan to support high-growth scale-up ambitions and revenue goals.
  • Establish AutomatePro as the market leader in AI-driven automated testing, DevOps, and ServiceNow automation.
  • Strengthen brand authority and executive presence through thought leadership, analyst relations, and media engagement such as videos, blogs, case studies and LinkedIn posts that engage and convert.
  • Shape narrative, messaging, and positioning to differentiate in a rapidly evolving market.
  • Drive cross functional collaboration with other departments Product, Sales, and Customer Success etc to drive integrated go-to-market initiatives, ensuring marketing is a direct contributor to ARR, NRR, and customer retention through marketing qualified leads that convert.

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Build and operate a modern demand generation engine that materially increases qualified leads, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates.
  • Design multi-channel campaigns across digital, events, ABM, and partner co-marketing.
  • Build strong alignment with Sales to ensure pipeline targets, lead scoring, and revenue contribution goals are met.
  • Drive inbound pipeline growth through content strategy, SEO, paid programs, product-led marketing, and partner activation.

Customer & Partner Advocacy

  • Develop clear focus on our ICP e.g., Global 2000, and regulated industries, and building trust, credibility, and thought leadership in these markets.
  • Responsibility for shaping and communicating AutomatePro’s differentiated value proposition, incorporating solutions for enterprise ServiceNow teams such as upgrade risk, compliance, and platform operational efficiency.
  • Build strong customer community programs including reference networks, advisory boards, and case studies.
  • Grow credibility and adoption through strategic alliances across the ServiceNow and broader SaaS ecosystem.
  • Foster partner co-marketing, marketplace visibility, and ecosystem-driven pipeline.

Team Leadership & Scaling

  • Build, inspire, and scale a high-performing marketing organisation embedding AMPs core values across the marketing organisation.
  • Building a diverse, high-performing team and fostering a culture of experimentation and learning.
  • Establish data-driven performance frameworks, OKRs, and marketing operations discipline.
  • Develop repeatable launch playbooks for new product capabilities and AI innovations.
  • Cultivate a culture of experimentation, innovation and continuous improvement

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or senior marketing leader in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise software companies with long enterprise sales cycles, ABM, as well as pricing/packaging strategy.
  • Understanding of DevOps, automation, enterprise testing, and/or ServiceNow ecosystem strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in scaling marketing operations and brand visibility and ROI-driven growth marketing and lead generation.
  • Track record of measurable impact across pipeline, campaigns, and GTM execution.
  • Strong experience leading brand, digital, demand generation, partner marketing, and thought leadership.
  • Has developed and delivered marketing AI-powered SaaS solutions and has examples of adoption of emerging technologies.
  • Build, inspire, and scale a high-performing marketing organisation embedding AMPs core values across the marketing organisation.
  • Building a diverse, high-performing team and fostering a culture of experimentation.

Personal Specification:

  • A “player manager” willing to set the framework and direction of the marketing function within AutomatePro, executing specific tasks and playing a personal role in operational delivery.
  • Highly analytical, able to manipulate data and to get to, and present, the actionable insight data provides using HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Canva and Clay.
  • Build, inspire, and scale a high-performing marketing organisation embedding AMPs core values across the marketing organisation.
  • Building a diverse, high performing team and fostering a culture of experimentation and learning.
  • Collaborative and able to work in a team of senior professionals.

Outcomes of successful execution of role:

  • Accelerated pipeline growth and increased enterprise customer acquisition and revenue. Targeting 2x revenue growth achieved in FY 2026.
  • Evidence of including the voice of the customer in our ethos, specifically; NPS/CSAT improvement, and customer storytelling as core elements.
  • Meaningful brand presence in the DevOps, enterprise testing, and ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Strong inbound motion, with a 50% increase in qualified inbound leads from ICP, supplemented by high-impact ABM and partner programs.
  • Visible thought leadership positioning AutomatePro as a category leader, with growing reputation as a thought leader in digital transformation and testing automation.
  • Mature, high-performing marketing organisation delivering sustained growth.
  • Reduced cost per lead and improved conversion efficiency.
  • Increased organic and referral web traffic.
