Job Responsibilities:**
- Provide strategic thought leadership and hands on tactical support for the Client team and 3rd party implementation partner supporting the technical workstreams.
- Serve as the PS-Workday Conversion Developer and be Primary Point of Contact between client project team and implementation partner.
- Co-lead all tasks from planning, fit-gap analysis, from planning, through to design test and delivery of technical conversion solutions.
- Responsible for leading and performing design of queries, testing, and assessing data quality.
- Responsible for assisting client conversion developers, helping, and resolving their query issues, optimizing and automating as much of the extraction process and assessing data quality issues.
- For assigned Data Conversion, lead all tasks from planning, fit-gap analysis, requirements, design, development, unit testing, and all testing cycles, to ensure successful delivery of technical/integration solutions
- Support data validation activities and perform defect management and resolution for defects identified during validation cycles
- Support migration from tenant to tenant and final deploy and cutover of the tenant build
- Perform regression testing, as needed
- Recommend areas for improvement, as needed
- Support planning, coordination, and administration of integration activities and deliverables
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of IT Technical professional experience in PeopleSoft, HR and FIN

- Demonstrated ability to gather and track all reporting and security requirements and manage project scope and client expectations

- Produce quality deliverables that need little refinement or oversight
- Possess clear and effective communication skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguity, embrace change, and effectively manage a multitude of priorities (both long and short term).

- Exercises independent judgment and discretion in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.

Required Technical Skills:**
- 4 years of IT Technical professional experience in Workday
- Strong experience to lead and document requirements, design and integration prototyping sessions
- Very Strong experience in PeopleSoft HCM and FIN data and strong Data analysis, Data Clean up skills.
- Very Strong Query writing skills to extract data from different sources, combine, and manipulate to meet data extraction and conversion requirements.
- Experience working in PeopleSoft replacement, familiarity with converting data into Workday and Workday concepts.
- Expertise in People Tools 8.5x/8.41x (Application Designer, Application Engine, PS Query Workflow, Process Scheduler, Process Monitor, File layout, Component Interface, Data Mover and Integration Broker), PeopleCode & SQR. Inbound and Outbound interfaces using SQR’s and Application Engine’s to send and receive data from third party applications like ADP
- Debugging and performance tuning of SQR and App Engine processes.
- Highly experienced in creating SQL scripts within database environments including ORACLE, DB2, SQL Server, SQR, PS/Query, etc.
